Paul Tanguay - President
Paul Tanguay came on board with John Dermody Ventures as its President in May of 2011 to oversee all day to day operations of the company. Paul will have specific oversight over property management, leasing, sales, and all new business development. Mr. Tanguay brings with him an extensive real estate career spanning three decades having held positions with large national and regional real estate and construction firms over multiple development and land use applications.
Before Paul joined John Dermody Ventures, he operated his own companies in California, Nevada and Washington focused on land, mixed-use and residential development and brokerage. Prior to 2000, Paul held Division President and Vice President positions with several regional and national real estate development and construction companies. He resides in Reno, Nevada with his three children and is an avid cyclist and skier. Paul earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance from The Citadel.
