Gigi Turville became CEO of John Dermody Ventures in May of 2007 after many years of investing and partnering with her father, John Dermody. Gigi brings to John Dermody Ventures a wealth of historical knowledge of commercial real estate in Nevada. She adheres closely to the goals and business ethics that her father once displayed himself in building this business.

She worked closely with her father, especially since 1991 in building what John Dermody Ventures is today. Gigi works with her employees that deal with leasing and sales, property management, and the president who is in charge of the day-to-day operation of the company. Gigi grew up in Reno and attended local schools. She also attended schools in Lausanne, Switzerland and California. Her first business venture was owning and managing a cattle/hay

Alisa Criscione joined John Dermody Ventures in August, 2013 with almost 15 years of residential and industrial Property Management experience. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, where she studied Finance, Economics and E-Commerce. Alisa also has her Nevada Real Estate License and Property Management Permit and is actively working towards becoming a Certified Property Manager, (CPM), from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Alisa brings a strong background in financial analysis, computer information systems, and client relations. Originally from Oregon, Alisa moved with her family in the summer of 1992 to Nevada. She enjoys photography, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. Kimberly Bradford

Kimberly (Kim) Bradford joined the John Dermody Ventures team in January 2025, bringing more than 30 years of accounting and business management experience. Kim’s career has included CFO, Finance Manager and Operations Manager in the Construction, Aerospace and Accounting Industries. Kim and her family moved to Reno in 2003 and has been in love with the Reno area ever since.

Kim enjoys all outdoor activities, including hiking, skiing and horseback riding. She has been involved and volunteered in many Reno area events such as Artown, Bartley Ranch Concerts, and the Wedding Fair. Kim is also a graduate of the Reno/Sparks Leadership program Class of 2010 (Best Class Ever!)

Bailee Zane

Bailee Zane is a passionate professional with a Degree in Business Administration. She is dedicated to providing a personable and impactful experience with each person that walks through our doors. Bailee graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno and is also equipped with a Nevada Public Notary Commission. She has experience as a personal assistant, with an emphasis on administration and real estate, working closely with our local community.

In her free time, Bailee likes to spend time with her family and friends. She also likes to do activities like camping, reading books, and caring for her houseplants.
